One of the requirements was that the client wanted lots of the outside space for their guests. Some of the main focal elements we needed to incorporate are repairing the coastal belt by using the heavy equipment for underwater debris removal making enough room for incorporating synthetic lawn for entertainment and lounge. Low maintenance plant material plus the synthetic lawn keeps the level of care manageable.
